Nikon TE2000-S

The Nikon TE200-S widefield microscope is available for fluorescent and color imaging. This system is perfect for histological and fluorescent samples that are either on slides or in well-plates.

Fluorescence Imaging

Color Imaging

For fluorescence imaging we have available the Andor Zyla 5.5 sCMOS camera, which is 5x more sensitive than conventional CCD cameras. Different filter cubes in the microscope allow for selective excitation and emission of blue, green, yellow, red, and far-red dyes and fluorescent proteins. This camera is perfect for samples that can photobleach quickly, or have very dim labels.

For color imaging of samples stained with histological dyes, we have available the Nikon DS-Ri2 camera. The DS-Ri2 is equipped with 16.25-megapixel CMOS sensors for astonishing image quality; this enables one-shot instantaneous capture and fast storage of images with resolution as high as 4908 x 3264 pixels, without pixel shifting or pixel stepping. This camera is also capable of performing fluorescence imaging.
